Alibaba today unveiled the beta version of QwenWork, its latest all-in-one workplace AI agent platform designed to boost productivity for individuals and enterprises with advanced AI models and outstanding agentic capabilities.

QwenWork is currently available for public beta testing in China via its official website. Users can access it through a cloud-based web interface, or download a desktop client with direct access to local computers. QwenWork will soon be fully accessible as an embedded AI agent within DingTalk desktop and mobile versions, Alibaba’s enterprise collaboration platform, which serves more than 20 million enterprises and organizations.

Built on the core capabilities of Alibaba’s existing AI agent platforms: Qoderwork, Mulerun, and Wukong, the new QwenWork is among the industry’s first solutions to unify desktop, cloud, and enterprise collaboration agents in a single platform, dedicated to enhancing workplace productivity for individuals and enterprises.

The new platform pairs autonomous agent capabilities with powerful web development and built-in multimodal generation. It can create high-quality HTML pages with integrated domain and database services, enabling users to turn ideas into fully functional and ready-to-use web applications. With native multimodal capabilities for image, video, and audio generation, QwenWork streamlines creative workflows by eliminating the need to switch between multiple AI tools.

Beyond serving as a standalone AI agent platform both on web and desktop, QwenWork will be deeply embedded in the DingTalk ecosystem, allowing users to use natural language to create documents, summarize group chats, schedule events, and send messages and emails, without leaving the platform. It will seamlessly integrate enterprise databases and business systems, helping businesses and individual users improve productivity across a wide range of workplace scenarios such as saving an expert workflow as a reusable skill, or keeping projects moving across time zones with always-on agents.

The platform adopts a subscription-based pricing model combined with a credit system, and offers two editions for individual and enterprise users to meet diverse needs. In addition, QwenWork offers four model tiers, Economy, Basic, Advanced, and Flagship, allowing users to choose from the industry’s latest and advanced AI models based on the complexity of their tasks. Subscribed users can experience Economy model tier free of charge in a limited time. Separately, individual users are able to experience Qwen3.8, Alibaba’s latest flagship large language model as a highlighted model option on QwenWork starting Aug 3.

Looking ahead, QwenWork will also launch a standalone mobile app and an international edition, enabling seamless cross-platform synergy to address a broader range of workplace scenarios.
